To help you prepare for your auction, please note that the following items generally have little to no resale value and do not perform well at auction. We respectfully ask that these items be removed prior to our arrival. All items brought to our facility should be clean and in working order.

- Heavily worn or stained upholstered furniture

- Sleeper sofas and futons

- Waterbeds and waterbed frames

- Mattresses and box springs


Electronics

- Tube (CRT) televisions and monitors

- Older printers, scanners, and fax machines

- Non-working or obsolete electronics

- Cables, remotes, and miscellaneous computer parts


Clothing & Personal Items

- Everyday clothing and shoes

- Used undergarments

- Personal care items (open or used)

- Linens, towels, and bedding (unless high-end or antique)


Kitchen & Household Goods

- Mismatched dishes and glassware

- Plastic food containers

- Everyday utensils

- Open food and beverages

- Used candles


Books, Media & Office

- Encyclopedias and most textbooks

- Old magazines and newspapers (unless they have local, historical, or collectible value)


Décor & Miscellaneous

- Mass-produced home décor

- Framed posters

- Souvenir items

- Non-collectible stuffed animals


Medical & Safety

 -Hospital beds and medical equipment

- Mobility aids (walkers, canes, wheelchairs)

- Oxygen equipment

- Open medications and supplements


Hazardous Items

- Paint, chemicals, and cleaning supplies

- Fire extinguishers
